July 2013 saw our end of project symposium, News and the Shape of Europe, 1500-1750, held at Queen Mary, University of London. Funded by the Leverhulme Trust, this conference brought together major names in news history from all over Europe and the Americas, and resulted in three days of great papers and productive discussion.
