Professor Andrew Pettegree (University of St. Andrews) and Dr. Helmer Helmers (University of Amsterdam) will take part in the first meeting of the network, which will be hosted by the Plantin-Moretus museum in Antwerp on the 27th and 28th of November. They will join the five core participants in discussions on the methodologies of the project, and on the modes of communication and the media in which news circulated in early modern Europe.
